Also, I love the food here. So much. It's just so fresh and delicious. I get really excited for my meals like an hour before they even happen. At some point I'll write an entry completely dedicated to describing the wonderful food.
Hmm... maybe I'll cook something... although my host mom here doesn't actually cook our big lunches! She buys them from a lady who cooks them! Maybe I'll learn how to cook cuy.
I am a student at North Park University in Chicago. I will be studying abroad in Cuenca, Ecuador for the spring semester. I'm going to learn Spanish and have an incredible time!! =]
